Can I make the dress from my own pattern?
If you have the pattern of a particular dress that you would like to have made, please contact us again, just email us at service@dresses4sale.co.uk, you will need to supply us with your exact measurements and specify the color that you would like the dress to be made in. We will request that you send the pattern to us in the post and after assessing the amount of work involved and the material that is required, we would then be able to give you a quote.

How can I find out my size without going to a retail store?
Look on size chart for dress measurement and not body measurement.

How should I clean my beautiful wedding dress?
First of all, ALWAYS get your dress cleaned after wearing. If it is not cleaned in a reasonable amount of time after wearing a yellowing of the fabric may result from prolonged storage. ALWAYS take your bridal dress to a professional cleaner that specializes in bridal dresses. Your normal cleaner may damage the precious dress by using the wrong chemicals.
Make sure preservation do not use the chemical Perchloroethylene. Please check the internet for some reputable professional bridal gown preservation if necessary.

Will my dress be the exact color that is shown on the website?

Colors shown online are for representational purposes only. Please note that while we try our best to present you with the closest match to our fabric colors, variations in displays from computer to computer, and printer inks, may show the colors differently than the final product.

Can I change the color of the dresses or the accent of the dresses? How much is the extra charge?
Of course. You can change the color of the dresses. But we want to remind that the color on the screen may vary a little from the true color. When you place the order, Please check the color on our color chart and tell us the color you select, and we want to tell you that there is no extra charge, it is just free.

In what sizes are your gowns available?
Most of our gowns are available in sizes 0-28. However, certain styles do have a limited size range.

What if I want a dress in a color that is not listed?
The colors that we list on the product detail page are the only colors in which that style dress is produced in. We also show all the pictures we have available so if the picture is not shown we cannot show you that dress in that color.

How long should I order before the event?
We advice that you should place the order in advance as soon as you can. Maybe leave for 1 month. It also affords you a comfortable time frame to accommodate any alteration if necessary.

Do you have color swatch I can see before order?
We are sorry that we can't provide free color swatches to our customers just because the shipping cost is so high. But don't worry you can check the color online, they are all our real fabric pictures.

What is your satisfaction guarantee?
We guarantee all wedding gowns and accessories to be brand new and free from any manufacturer defects. We inspect each and every wedding gown for quality assurance. Should you find a problem with your order please notify us within 3 business days and we will either repair or replace your gown at no charge. Please keep in mind that due to shipping your gown will need to be steamed, therefore wrinkling is not considered a defect.

What payment options are available?
We requires Payment in Full when placing your order. We accept Visa, MasterCard, and Discover. Payment can also be made through PayPal.

How can I be sure that you will deliver my dress on the promised date?
We calculate delivery dates very carefully, even under these unusual circumstances. We have added capacity at our work rooms to ensure that we meet every customer's delivery date.
